Designed by Mohammadreza Nikbakht at Zandigan Architects, Hachirood Coastal Residence is a proposed residential development overlooking the Caspian Sea in northern Iran.
3D modeling and visualization were carried out by Hadi Mahdian as part of his work with Zandigan Architects.
The 3D modeling and visualization were developed during the concept stage to communicate the architectural proposal and support design evaluation and investment decision-making.
The imagery was intentionally produced as concept visualization rather than photorealistic marketing renders, with an emphasis on building massing, façade composition, terraces, and the project’s relationship with its coastal surroundings.
