River Vein Marina is a tropical waterfront development designed for a large riverside site in Guyana. The project brings together a complete marina experience, including floating docks for boats and jet skis, a waterfront promenade, restaurant and lounge spaces, a VIP lounge, administrative facilities, eco villas, landscaped public areas, and dedicated arrival and circulation zones.
The architectural language combines extended roof forms with dark wood, concrete, metal, and extensive glazing, creating a contemporary identity that remains connected to the surrounding rainforest and river landscape. The master plan was developed to establish clear movement between the arrival area, hospitality spaces, accommodation, promenade, and dock system.
The scope of work included concept development, master planning, 3D modeling, architectural visualization, animation, and an interactive virtual tour. The completed visual presentation allows the project to be experienced through still imagery, cinematic sequences, and immersive 360-degree views.
